If you are having trouble logging into your account, the best thing to do is to reset your password.
Go to the login screen. You will need to make sure you are on the Provider User login screen:
Once on the correct screen, you will find a link under the password field ‘Forgotten your password?’.
This link will take you to the ‘Forgot your password?’ page.
Enter your email address and click the button. An email will be sent to you, please click the link within the email to be taken to a reset password page. Follow the instructions from there.
