If you are having difficulties uploading a document please view the checklist below.
Filename
If the file has been automatically named and you are having upload issues, please manually rename the file. Make sure that only letters and numbers are used in the name of your file. Any accent, symbols or spaces in the name may cause upload issues.
Connection
If your internet connection drops or your computer goes to sleep during the upload this may cause an issue. Please ensure your computer is awake and connected to the internet for the duration of the upload.
File Size
There is a limit of 200 documents and total upload size of 150MB per message/proposal response

Virus Scanning
All files are scanned for viruses when uploaded to the site. If the document fails the scan a message in red will appear underneath the file, and the document will not have been uploaded to the site. Please try to upload the document again, or upload a different document.
