Claimants will create disputes with a TADM official
TADM will take the claimant’s case details and email address, then create the case by sending it to the Accord platform through a SFTP import.
The email addresses for the claimant and respondent users involved in a dispute are provided in the SFTP import.
If the email address already exists, the user will receive an email to let them know that a new dispute involving them has been received. They can click on the email link to log in and view the dispute.
If the email address does not exist already, the User will receive an email inviting them to Accord. User can click on the email link to create an account.
